The Survey Media Specialist’s primary responsibility is creating and editing media for inclusion in data-collection surveys. The Survey Media Specialist formats and edits video files, removes branding from images, collects and edits viral videos for behavioral studies, and designs and builds Share of Consumer Choice product frames. The Survey Media Specialist maintains, and improves, all media templates. The Survey Media Specialist is also responsible for supporting the survey media throughout the project by troubleshooting issues and implementing needed changes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and/or edit media for inclusion in surveys
Design and create Share of Consumer Choice product frames
Maintain and improve media templates
Support and troubleshoot survey media throughout the project lifecycle
Bachelor's Degree (web or graphic design focus preferred) or 2+ years of relevant work experience
Experience with Photoshop
Experience with Premiere Pro and/or QuarkXpress preferred
Experience with HTML and CSS preferred
Detail oriented self-starter who is able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to think quickly and creatively in troubleshooting issues and solving problems
Ability to partner and work in fast-paced cross-functional teams
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
