Job Description









We are looking for a motivated & energetic Sales Operations Administrator to help support the contract management system in connection with Salesforce, reporting, forecasting, training, and operations for Legal, Finance, Sales Operations, and Technology. As the Sales Operations Admin, you have a strong working knowledge of Salesforce, automated document creation, eSignature software (e.g., DocuSign), and have exposure to contract management systems, such as Apptus, SpringCM, and/or Conga.  You will be a center of excellence for contract management, reporting, modeling, and process improvement.   You will own and maintain the contract management system and how it interacts with Salesforce, as well as integration with other departments.  You will collaborate with legal and sales leadership to define and improve our contracting and selling process, and help develop and create useful reporting and metrics as the system matures. This is an ideal job for a Sales Operations/Analytics professional who wants to make an immediate impact within a rapidly growing software company, work with multiple functions within a company, have ownership over their work, and work hard at achieving dramatic success.




  • Build and manage a contract management system to provide Legal, Finance, Sales Operations, and Technology with real time visibility into end-to-end contracts process.
  • Design and refine the business process and software that supports contract creation, contract revisions, approvals, and storage.
  • Build management dashboards to provide the business real time visibility into the pipeline and the performance of the Legal, Finance, and other teams.
  • Develop dashboards, analytical reporting tools, performance tracking, and metrics that that drive a deeper understanding of our business, and that help identify improvement opportunities.
  • Learn our product suite to become a subject matter expert on how we price and sell.Work closely with product leaders to coordinate intercompany process changes.




  • Bachelors degree
  • Minimum 2 years of administration experience; some exposure to contract management systems, electronic signature processes
  • 2-3 years business experience
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; experienced with the design of Word templates and automation of Word documents from
  • Strong written communication and time management skills
  • A good base of general business sense; sales or product management experience a big plus
  • Can work independently or in a team on complex research projects with little guidance
