Job Description







We are looking for a motivated & energetic Sales Operations Finance Analyst to help support reporting, forecasting, training, and operations for sales. As the Sales Operations Finance Analyst, you are an expert in excel and PPT. You will be a center of excellence for reporting, modeling, on revenue and contract value (CV) as well as travel and marketing expense. You will help drive our revenue modeling and sales planning to meet our goals. You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations leadership to define and improve our reporting and selling process. This is an ideal job for a Sales Operations/Finance professional who wants to make an immediate impact within a rapidly growing software company, have ownership over their work, and work hard at achieving dramatic success.


  • Work closely with Finance, Sales, and Operations to produce accurate revenue estimates by client, AE, and business unit
  • Accurately measure Sales performance against revenue goals
  • Track and measure travel and marketing expenses for the Sales teams
  • Team with Operations to report on evidence of delivery and revenue
  • Build management dashboards to provide the business real time visibility into the revenue and the performance of the sales team.
  • Develop analytical reporting tools, performance tracking, and metrics that that drive a deeper understanding of our business, and that help identify improvement opportunities.
  • Learn our product suite to become a subject matter expert on how we price and sell.


  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in business or finance
  • 3-4 years business experience
  • Experience with creating revenue and CV models highly desired
  • High level of proficiency with Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint; experience editing and creating slides in a business environment
  • Strong written communication and time management skills
  • A good base of general business sense; sales or finance experience a big plus
  •, NetSuite, and Softrax experience highly desired
  • Can work independently or in a team on complex research projects with little guidance
