    As a customer-centric consultancy, delivering solutions to our clients is at the core of what we do. To support this most critical business function, we are searching for a motivated and detail-oriented analyst to play an integral role with our internal client services delivery process. You will directly support our delivery teams by investigating issues, addressing questions, building reporting, and providing training support. You will drive each of these areas forward by working collaboratively with key stakeholders across departments. Additionally, you will support key priorities around client delivery with a focus on maintaining high performance and compliance with company policy.




    • Serve as a primary point of contact for addressing and resolving operational delivery related inquiries through our Salesforce case management system.
    • Work cross-functionally with client insights, accounting, technology, and sales operations to investigate issues and drive improvements in our delivery process.
    • Identify areas of opportunity to drive greater usability, functionality and efficiency to support our product roadmap.
    • Maintain and further develop dashboard reporting and views to maximize usability and prompt critical action from end users.
    • Help to develop and synthesize analytics around delivery performance to identify areas of opportunity for improvement.
    • Own delivery process documentation including creating and maintaining user guides, tutorials, and FAQs.
    • Play a primary role in training end users by working with our internal learning specialist to compile and develop learning material.
    • Support additional related operational delivery initiatives as needed.




    • Minimum of Bachelors degree
    • 2-3 years business experience
    • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
    • Comfort with and ability to quickly learn and understand complex technical processes and systems
    • Can work independently or in a team on challenging research projects with little guidance
    • A detail-oriented individual who is highly organized will be most successful in this role
    • Strong written communication and time management skills
    • A good base of general business sense; product management experience a big plus
    • Salesforce.com experience a plus
    • A basic understand of revenue a plus
