The Intern will be involved in the following duties: 

• Ensure the timely and accurate arrival and processing of data feeds to and from comScore partners and clients.
• Ensure 100% of expected data has been received, and to promptly identify and communicate issues with data feeds to internal and external parties as necessary.
• Provide initial triage on issues as related to data feeds and customer questions.
• Work performed may include: coordinating and processing documents, maintaining complicated records, preparing or compiling reports, and special studies where analysis of complex technical data is required.
• Effectively translate and communicate the needs for both non-technical people and technical people.
• Information gathering for special client request projects in cooperation with customer service and development staff.
• Efficiently produce polished reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ensure the timely and accurate arrival and processing of data feeds to and from comScore partners and clients
• Pull data from email, FTP sites and online portals to load
• Utilizes queries for basic troubleshooting and analysis issues
• Updates and maintains existing data infrastructure
• Oversees small to mid-size external partner relationships
• Owns discrete research tasks; Identifying trends, data anomalies in filtered and unfiltered partner data

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP ENSURE YOUR SUCCESS?

• Coursework with a strong quantitative focus such as Business/Marketing, Economics, Statistics, etc.
• Experience within college coursework or internships that is analytical in nature
• Proven proficiency with numbers/statistics and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills is a must.
• Excellent communication skills, including both written and verbal. 
• Pro-active, independent thinker with high energy/positive attitude.
• Ability to interact effectively with peers in a team-oriented operating structure.
