    Job Title: Associate Analyst, Syndicated Client Insights

    Location: San Francisco, CA

    Reports to: Senior Manager, Syndicated Client Insights

    The Associate Analyst, Syndicated Client Insights will be part of a team that helps clients understand key business issues and research needs in the world of online marketing and advertising.


    The Analyst will transform and analyze data to identify patterns and trends within our Syndicated data, which our clients use to make crucial decisions in the interactive marketplace. This person will provide superior client service to these clients including timely and informative responses to client inquiries, product training, and support. As well as demonstrate sensitivity to client’s business objectives and goals with the guidance of their manager.



    • Completes client-driven data analysis to answer user product and data questions, and to provide useful insights to clients relating to the application of data for their business use cases, such as RFP response, competitive benchmarking, campaign planning, and research.  
    • Provides the first line of product training and support to clients of comScore syndicated product offerings.
    • Provides clients with technical tagging support.
    • Communicates product enhancements and methodology changes to clients.
    • Identifies training opportunities based on client usage and needs.
    • Partners with sales and proactively communicates client updates to respective account leads.
    • Escalates issues when appropriate; navigates through internal teams easily
    • Travels to client sites to present research; travel approximately 10% of the time


    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience required
    • 0-2 years’ experience working in a consulting or analytical field 
    • Excellent analytical skills; ability to find root cause and autonomously solve problems
    • Excellent time management skills; extremely organized and efficient
    • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
    • Detailed-oriented, thorough and consistent; apply high-quality standards for everything from data sets to client emails
    • Ability to build strong client relationships quickly, with contacts of all levels
    • Polished presentation skills and strong business acumen
    • Pro-active, independent thinker with high energy/positive attitude 
    • Adaptable person who can deal with rapidly changing requirements of a fast-paced tech company environment
