    Job Title: Manager, Client Success

    Location: Portland, OR

     

    About This Role:

     

    The Client Success Team are the first point of contact for all client support inquiries for Comscore Television products. As a Manager to the Client Success team you will hire, lead, mentor and grow team members and ensure that client inquiries related to product reporting, data metrics and methodology are resolved in a timely manner. You will work closely with the Director, Client Success and execute action plans that align with and achieve established goals and objectives. Always maintain client and company confidentiality.

     

    What You’ll Need:

     

    • Lead, hire, mentor and coach team members to ensure high quality work and client support.
    • Identify learning gaps and provide relevant training to existing employees and new hires. Complete performance evaluations of team on an ongoing basis. Delegate workflow among team members and ensure that deadlines are met.
    • Provide influential and strategic direction and implement strategies for the day to day operation of the TV Client Success team.
    • Direct point of contact for high level Comscore TV Clients as assigned.
    • Advocate on behalf of client regarding product enhancements, feature requests and other needs.
    • Represents TV Client Success in cross departmental meetings related to assigned clients.
    • Present Comscore's data and software solutions to internal and external stakeholders with deep product knowledge and expertise.
    • Provide high caliber client support for Comscore Television products, escalating issues intra - and inter - departmentally as needed
    • Track and manage client issue status via CRM tool.

     

    What You’ll Need:

     

    • Bachelor’s degree, in advertising, communications, marketing or related field or equivalent work experience required
    • 5-8 years of experience in a client-facing position with some analytics, audience measurement, advertising agency or television media focus.
    • 1-3 years supervisory experience
    • Ability and willingness to manage people, develop and drive the growth of direct reports, and coach for top performance
    • Deep industry expertise managing market research, developing client relationships or selling data and analytic tools.
    • Experienced in leveraging the value of data for clients through data insights and client-focused consultation and issue resolution.
    • Demonstrated experience dealing with conflict and resolving issues in a professional manner 
    • Ability to take initiative, be pro-active, and follow-up Flexible and productive in ever-changing, ambiguous situations.
    • High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills 
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
    • Proficient within Microsoft Office Suite.
