    Title:  Client Insights Analyst

    Location:  Boston, MA


    About this role:

    The Client Insights Analyst will help clients better understand consumer behavior within the digital ecosystem, acting as a consultant and partner to top Technology and Telecommunications brands. The ideal candidate will be able to transform and interpret data from comScore's vast datasets, package that data into a story with actionable insights and present findings to clients. The Client Insights Analyst will expand our client relationships, by providing excellent service and helping our clients address strategic business questions with data driven recommendations.     What You’ll Do:

    • Analyze industry-leading behavioral and survey data to deliver strategic consulting services to clients
    • Independently manage research projects from beginning to finish, meeting self-imposed deadlines throughout
    • Complete thorough data-quality checks on monthly dashboards and custom data pulls, ensuring sound data
    • Build-out project methodologies and measurement by collaborating with colleagues and data teams
    • Proactively identify and implement new processes to improve the efficiency and data quality of the team’s research projects
    • Participate in client-facing meetings; have a desire to lead and facilitate client-facing conversations
    • Create clear, creative, and visually-appealing PowerPoint data stories with strong actionable recommendations
    • Collaborate with sales, data teams, and colleagues to help design custom research solutions to meet client needs
    • Quickly establish rapport with colleagues, sales, data/stats/survey teams, and clients – communicating effectively on project statuses, timelines, and potential issues
    • Build a deep understanding of the digital and e-commerce space as it relates to the wireless, operator, technology, and retail industries
    • Become expert in comScore syndicated products and custom market research capabilities
    • Start to serve as key go-to person internally and externally for assigned clients
    • Begin to build presenting skills; desire to become a dynamic presenter to large, executive level audiences both in person and by phone

    What You'll Bring:

    • 2-4 years of work-experience experience in market research, consumer insights, consulting, or advertising agency
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
    • A client-first mentality
    • Very strong attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Work experience that is analytical in nature, such as experience with market research
    • Excellent project management skills; track record of hitting deadlines while managing complex workstreams and prioritizing multiple demands
    • Pro-activeness and a high energy/positive attitude
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills
    • Adaptability/flexibility to changing client requests/needs
