    Job Title: Manager, Product Management

    Location: Portland, OR, Seattle, WA, San Francisco, CA, New York, NY and Reston, VA

     

    About This Role:

     

    comScore is seeking a Manager, Product Management professional with experience in analytics and data visualization that can work with clients and sales teams across product management, analytics and technology teams to drive product design and launch. Communication and effective organization skills are vital in this highly-visible cross-functional role.

     

    What You’ll Do:

     

    • Identifies gaps in the market that comScore can fill with its product offerings
    • Plays a key role in strategically developing and customizing product offerings
    • Develops products that meet and anticipate market demand
    • Looks for opportunities to monetize and operationalize comScore's growing intellectual assets
    • Aligns teams work activities to organizations strategic goals and vision
    • Autonomously leads full development projects from conception to deployment
    • Partners with Marketing to identify key markets; analyzes competitive landscape; develops market positioning
    • Assists in the development of strategic marketing communication campaigns Supervises, mentors, and coaches for top performance; helps develop reports on appropriate career path

     

    What You’ll Need:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering and/or related field
    • 3-5 years of experience in Product Management
    • Understanding of Media, TV products, and/or digital
    • 5+ years’ experience in managing a team and/or mentoring and supervising others
    • Leadership and strategic vision; keen understanding of Strategic Marketing, market positioning, and SWOT analysis
    • Able to influence others; strong negotiations and partnering skills
    • Ability to develop and direct the growth of direct reports; coach for top performance
    • Sharp business acumen
    • Ability to take initiative, be pro-active, and follow-up 
    • High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills 
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
    • Proficient within Microsoft Office Suites.
