    Job Title: Global Treasury Director

    Location: Reston, Va

     

    About This Role:

     

    The Global Treasury Director position is a full-time position in our Reston, VA office. The Director is an integral member of the comScore finance department who provides leadership and management of our global treasury and cash management functions. Responsibilities include forecasting, monitoring and reporting on daily cash transactions, managing the bank account structure and maintaining the company's banking infrastructure. A successful candidate should possess a strong attention to detail, willingness to perform highly data driven tasks and confidence in communicating with all levels of the organization.

     

    What You'll Do:

    • Manage the company's bank relationships and establishes new relationships as needed.
    • Implement and maintain tools, systems and bank products to enhance cash management functions (product research, RFP issuance, provider selection, implementation).
    • Oversee the daily cash position and forecasts (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) as well as the variance analysis of forecast versus actuals.
    • Manage the bank administration of the organization; open/close bank accounts; manage signatory authorizations; maintain the corporate bank account database.
    • Manage the cash management processes to ensure optimization of cash resources (i.e. AP, AR, Intercompany, etc.).
    • Manage the company's corporate credit card programs.
    • Assist with the opening and closing of corporate card accounts, limit resets, troubleshoot cardholder questions, etc.
    • Manage the corporate capital lease programs; including the execution of new master lease agreements and quarterly leasing schedules.
    • Manage all investment programs to optimize excess cash.
    • Monitor and evaluate foreign exchange exposures; identify strategies to mitigate exposure to key currency pairs.
    • Oversee the analysis of bank fees, monitor fee levels and quality of bank services, recommend changes as needed.
    • Manage portfolio of outstanding Letters of Credit, including monthly reporting as well as processing of amendments, renewal and cancellations.
    • Manage and enforce treasury related policies, procedures and internal controls around cash operations, investment management, foreign exchange exposures/transactions and debt compliance.
    • Administer the organizations online banking systems.
    • Assist with bank inquires (both internal and external).
    • Create and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments such as Accounting, Tax, Internal Audit and Legal.

    What You'll Need

    • Bachelors degree in business administration, accounting, finance or equivalent field
    • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in corporate cash management
    • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred
    • Proficient using Microsoft Suite, compute-based accounting, financial and treasury management systems
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Effective oral and written communication skills
    • Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Demonstrated ability to contribute to a culture of excellence, integrity and accountability
