    Job Title: Client Support Associate

    Location:  Sherman Oaks, CA

     

    About This Role:

     

    Comscore is looking for an entry-level Client Support Associate to support Business Applications and Development.

     

    This person will be required to develop in-depth knowledge of the application portfolio and will be expected to produce functional documentation based on requirements. The Client Support Associate may also assist Customer Support, Training and QA as the need arises.

     

    The successful candidate will work with the Technical Team, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Customers and will be an integral part of the development, deployment and support of the Hollywood Software Distribution products.

     

    What You’ll Need:

    • Ability to assist with data analysis, case analysis and business process mapping in order to identify and quantify inefficiencies which can be improved through automation, for cross functional business entities
    • Ability to assist with Customer Support
    • Ability to assist with testing
    • Ability to assist with development of presentations for User Meetings
    • Connects functional and technical requirements to business requirements
    • Writes software requirements for Waterfall or Agile project
    • Ability to interact with managers, architects, developers, quality assurance engineers, subject matter experts, and other software team members
    • Balances multiple priorities and deadlines

    Desired Skills:

    • Familiar with Accounting concepts (A/R, A/P, G/L)Is familiar with data models and data relationships
    • Familiar with the Theatrical distribution business
    • Familiar with Sales Force
    • Self-starter, reliable, responsible, and hard-working
    • Takes ownership over meeting and exceeding stated goals
    • Comfortable in a flexible and changing environment
    • Detail-oriented
    • Team player.
    • Consistently perform in the top 5% of the population
    • Enjoys interacting with people
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
