    About This Role:

     

    Seeking a candidate for a client facing, associate analyst role supporting comScore's relationships with top cable and broadcast clients. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering superior client service by managing client relationships, projects, and product trainings that support the client’s business needs.

     

    This person will oversee internal reporting, campaign management, and own a variety of other job responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, enjoy helping and working with others, and be highly organized.     Problems we are solving:

     

    What, where, when, and how do people consume content and advertising? Which networks, sites, and platforms are changing the behavior of consumer consumption? How and where is traditional TV viewing shifting towards internet connected devices? What is the total audience for advertisers with fragmented content across TV, computer, and mobile?

     

    What you’ll do

     

    • Proactively manage client relationships, including account health, customer satisfaction, and usage of comScore products and services.
    • Provide clients with product trainings and assist in product recommendations to drive product usage and ensure client experience is seamless and consistent.
    • Manages smaller clients with little/no supervision and plays active role the day-to-day management of larger clients.
    • Responds to client questions about data and aids client with value-driven interpretation of data.
    • Stay proactively engaged with clients to ensure product or service is functioning as intended and adding expected value.
    • Develop expert knowledge of comScore products, capabilities and technical processes.
    • Help clients understand comScore data and gain business value from it.
    • Analyze data to tell a story and consider client's business industry when completing analysis.
    • Deliver customer trainings focused on answering relevant business questions.
    • Research industry trends to help enhance the business insights that are provided to clients.
    • Proactively work with sales teams to grow, improve, and amplify relationships with clients.
    • Solves clients’ data investigations by conducting/supporting analyses of internal and client data, escalates investigations when appropriate.

     

    What You’ll Need:

     

    • 0-2 years of experience in a client-facing position with experience in research, analytics, or audience measurement, with a media publisher, advertiser, or agency.
    • Understanding of, and interest in, digital and Cable and Broadcast, audience measurement, online advertising, and online technologies a plus
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including more advanced features of Excel. Additional comfort with online interfaces, CRM tools, and other SaaS products.
    • Ability to confidently and effectively present complex information to individuals or groups in person or remotely.
    • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage deadlines and client expectations.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of larger groups.
