    Job Title:    Senior Analyst, Technology

    Location:    Reston, VA


    About This Role:


    A Senior Client Insights Analyst will help clients better understand consumer behavior within the digital ecosystem, acting as a consultant and partner to top Technology and Telecommunications brands. You will be transforming and interpreting data from Comscore's vast datasets, packaging that data into a story with actionable insights and presenting findings directly to clients. You will help address strategic and tactical business questions based by top brands within the industry with data-driven recommendations and work closely with the business development team to expand existing client relationships by providing excellent service and identifying potential new areas of opportunity.     What You’ll Do:


    • Perform end-to-end client project management of one-time and recurring client assignments
    • Independently initiates new projects, manage small projects and designs new reports
    • Train clients on how to use their reports and proactively reach out to client with insights
    • Identify invalid data, it's root causes, and ways to correct it
    • Facilitate client meetings,  lead conversations and ensure that action items are performed
    • Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations constructed around storytelling
    • Demonstrate Comscore’s products to clients and speak confidently on data assets and methods
    • Performs QA checks on work and participates in peer review processes by checking others work
    • Train new team members and provide coaching and mentorship
    • Serve as key go-to person for clients on all projects delivered
    • Escalate issues when appropriate


    What You’ll Bring:


    • 2-4 years of work-experience experience in market research, consumer insights, consulting, or advertising agency
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
    • A client-first mentality
    • Very strong attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Work experience that is analytical in nature, such as experience with market research
    • Excellent project management skills; track record of hitting deadlines while managing complex workstreams and prioritizing multiple demands
