    Job Title: Project Coordinator 

    Location: Reston, VA


    About This Role:


    Support engineering leadership team with coordination. Manage team events and projects in Reston.


    The Project Coordinator works closely with project team members, managers and leads to help deliver internal organizational projects efficiently. The Project Coordinator manages the administrative tasks, such as document and information distribution, report collation and communication support.


    What You’ll Do:


    • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
    • Organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner
    • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
    • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
    • Ensuring project deadlines are met
    • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
    • Provides and coordinates support primarily for the Portland office with backup to other offices within the Technology organization
    • Manage Employee Recognition & Retention Programs for Technology group in Portland office
    • Maintain and track budget items accurately
    • Order supplies and coordinate lunches as needed
    • Will be backup to Corporate office counterpart
    • Manage travel and expense reports


    What You’ll Need:


    • Associates degree in Business Administration or related field
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative support role
    • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
    • Excellent communication & presentation skills
    • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships, and experience meeting tight deadlines
    • Uses good judgement when interacting and communicating with clients, employees, etc.
    • Strong experience with Microsoft Suites; Word, Excel & PowerPoint applications
    • Ability to understand and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
    • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
